Keeping in the theme of her majesty and all things Royal, I would definitely crown me as the ‘Queen of Time Zipping Past”. I paused for a moment, looked at my blog page and realised the last entry was back in February so I thought an update was well overdue.
Here at DVision Images, it’s been all about portraits, teaching, interior photography, live bands with some corporate work chucked in for good measure.
And it wouldn’t be a proper blog without some sort of special offer to introduce you too. Getting into the groove of the Jubilee celebrations, I’m totally up for it, so if you’re looking at getting some portraits, take advantage of my £100.00 special offer. You get 6 high quality electronic images (and the matching black and whites) which you choose from your own private client area. The photoshoots are always fun and relaxed. You’ll love it.
June is always symbolic to me as the start of the Festival season and all things music. I absolutely love it. I remember last year at Guilfest, Tulisa was still on stage with the N-Dubz and just starting her time with The X Factor. What will be interesting to see this year is how many more photographers there will be in the pit as she has had a phenomenal rise in the public eye & of course, is performing as a solo artist. Hmmm, watch that space – I only hope there is enough space in the pit to lift my camera. The Straits are playing too (made up from The Dire Straights) – please, please, please play Brothers in Arms for me – it will make my year.
Next week’s live music acts for me kick off with Wheatus (yes, I do want tickets to Iron Maiden) and the fabulous Soil. I haven’t seen this current line up so am looking forward to it.
Back to this weekend however, I better put my crooked crown on and arm myself with my trusted canon as I have a few parties & celebrations to cover for some publications. Some tea parties you can’t be late for.
Signing out as Alice – Happy Jubilee Weekend everybody and thanks for your time.
